[You must be registered and logged in to see this link.]

Including Argo, he has 9 businesses listed as 'active' and either 'newly incorporated' or with 'accounts filed'.

He has 2 businesses with financial accounts too old.

He owns one business that isn't trading.

There is one business in the process of being dissolved.

He has 10 businesses in administration.

He has 2 businesses in liquidation.

Oh what a tangled web we weave...

Any payments from PAFC to any of the other companies would be interesting.

Someone has to foot the bill for all the work that has gone in to HHP to date. It may have been a crock but it would have cost at least a million for that level of consultancy work.

Yeah, I wasn't too sure how much to take from it.

The accuracy might not be there (although I would suggest it is accurate, if perhaps outdated).

It might be normal to have half your companies seemingly in financial difficulties.

It might be normal to have 25 companies.

It's quite good to have underperfoming companies to lose liability for tax. From what I saw his hotel chain was managed in the same way to get rid of the debt. He took on let's say twenty hotels, transferred the best say seven to a solvent company and dumped the underperforming ones in a different company and let it go bust. I guess they are the insolvent or liquidated ones. The result is a small but profitable chain.
Transparency is difficult with these companies having no legal obligation to publish accounts with anything actually written on.

May be that's a question someone from the Trust could ask?

Good luck with getting a straight answer to that, but unless Odeon were putting some money in, PAFC were allegedly major "beneficiary" of the plans.

NATATOMISAM LIMITED appear to be the key group holding company, but wouldn't pay too much heed to data on that original link as states HHP Nominee Ltd as having assets of £100, but this is vehicle that owns HHP plot valued by PCC at £800K to secure loan.
