Wonder if they could bail James out at Oldway? BTW: Nice to see you back, TGWU. |

| Another good news story. Seeing what Urban Splash have done around the country and obviously down at the RWY, it's great to have renowned experienced developers like them and British Land on board for the big Plymouth projects. |

[You must be registered and logged in to see this link.] Can only be good news, I suppose. Perhaps US could have a go at the whole bottom end of the city centre. It's in a right old state. Quit embarrassing to visitors. Plymouth (feck listening to Captain kunt-chops, Newell) is in a poor rundown state, imho. Still - if you have City Centre managers telling us we don't need the likes of Ikea and JL, there's only one way to go, and that isn't up.

| Does make you wonder what Brent/Akkeron has to offer anybody in respect of development delivery. There has to come a point when the rug is pulled completely from underneath Brent by the institutions he's borrowed from. Massive debts aggregated across all his businesses and absolutely no sign of being able to take any project forward. I wonder how many minutes to midnight the survival clock stands right now? |

| (Serious question alert) What project or development HAS Brent actually built/finished after taking on? |

Absolutely. I remember the plans for Plymouth 2020 where that area was going to be redeveloped. |

| The 21 year old disused Evening Herald "Ship" Building could be demolished by Mail Group who own it.
Where are English Heritage and why don't PCC move there rather than the town centre?

| Any chance of some dosh being spent on making the ferryport access better? Shirley after the airport loss losing brit ferries to pompey would be rather disappointing. |

All in hand, a lot of work with the new school a lot of appartments and a hotel it will take time for all to come together. Quote from the new school out side ferry port It has been amazing to see, in just two years, the transformation that is happening in this area," said Mr Strudwick. "It is such a stunning opportunity because we can connect to the town but then at the same time, last half-term we were able to take pupils over to Mount Edgcumbe as we can walk to the ferry. "We want to open up our children's horizons and what better place to do that than opposite the sea?".

All in hand, a lot of work with the new school a lot of appartments and a hotel it will take time for all to come together. Although Millbay redevelopment strides on, it doesn't address access from City Centre now James has hands on Pavillions rather than the boulevard going in as proposed in Area Action Plan |
