| As reported on the BBC and in the local press, the future of Plymouth Albion is in doubt as the club faces a financial crisis.
Albion supporters have called a meeting on Wednesday night at the Treasury on Royal Parade. The meeting starts from 6pm in the upstairs lounge.
While many people follow both teams, the AFT urges Argyle fans to turn up to show their support for Albion, as many of their supporters helped us in our time of need.
Current and past AFT board members will be there to offer their support and advice.
Help save Albion!

*Don't rise...* If the 'Ever so earnest' cap fits, wear it. You do anyway. What next, disco dancing/ charity photoshoots with the elderly vet who fully supported the HHP plans ? ps Don't forget to change into your Argyle shirt half way through the evening. Village. Absolutely village. |

| Come on chaps. The AFT is our best hope. What does sneering at them actually achieve? Criticise them by all means, but make it constructive. |

| The reluctant one's jamboys aren't bothered that they have no real control over the Trust. That in itself speaks volumes about the Trust's strength of purpose and direction. It can be ignored and allowed to rattle buckets. |

| If and when the Brenty roadshow comes to an end we may well need the trust again, if only as a rallying point for the fans to come together at. The trust is the best chance we have for actually getting control of our club or at least keeping the developers hands off it. Give the trust a chance, let it grow and FFS don't destroy it, not least because that is what the Nolligans have being doing for yonks now and they don't need any help. |

What has that got to do with my comment Angry......just stating a fact that not all ATDers want the Trust to succeed.....which is a pity. |

| Looking at the sparsely populated Albion Messageboard they are having a bitchfest over whether their Trust will have the club's backing rather than looking how it may help the club survive.

Albion Messageboard link Im not sure they should be allowing the help of Luke Pollard giving he is a wannabe MP and is probably using them to gain votes in May. Keep politics out of sport i say. |

| The Trust would get more support if it put more effort into rabble rousing and heckling of the real bad guys. |

It can be ignored and allowed to rattle buckets. You can bet your bottom dollar that the jamboys would try to hijack the trust if it cane to that. Theyve have form. |

I have to agree with you. That crowd fundraiser only managed to raise £6.500 which says it all. |

| The trust is caught between the devil and the deep blue sea and will only come into play when the proverbial hit the fan(s)!! I'm sure the Lord and master has them way down the problems list!! |
