Had a busy afternoon preparing for the PACSA AGM on Tuesday (more of that later!) but I've just turned on the internet (well facebook really) and have seen all the new signings on Free Chat.
It will be a test to see whether Paul heeds my advice to take a little break from PASOTI and to come back in August when the season starts.
I have my doubts that he'll be able to resist the urge to post.
Mind you, I'm on day 127 of not drinking alcohol, and who would ever have thought that eh?

Everything in moderation, dear boy. When you've got back on an even keel, a little of what you fancy, does you good.

dont think that works tring everythink in moderation if your a alcoholic..whats that saying one drinks to many and a thousands never enough!!..well done beeb on 127 days sober keep it up

I can appreciate the sentiments in Tringy's post, as he'll have seen my endeavours via Facebook.
I wasn't an alcoholic. It was the amount I was drinking when I did have one, which did tend to coincide with Argyle matches!
And not good for a type 2 diabetic (of 20 years)
