The last drummer boy they had spent most of the time trying to drown out fans voicing their opinions. I remember the famous incident when charlie rose was banging his drum very hard and very fast to drown out Fletcher out chants because fletch was his favourite manager!!!

Isn't he the guy with access all areas who does the Home Park moments?

I once left a "moment" in the troughs at Home Park and still contributed more to the club than Earl Jean.

He's now got more access than the 'erald man and is a honorary life season ticket member!

He also washes the cars of anyone with an Argygle number plate after matches.

I hope he has permission from the football league to film inside the stadium as Argyle don't have the power to grant clearance, only the FL.

His drumming was shite, but I do quite like the matchday moments on YouTube.

He is unquestionably a useful idiot, though.

I can still picture him as the ball arrives to him in the Burnley penalty area.

Enjoy the banging at the back of the stands more than the drum.

One is spontaneous and complements the existing singing - the other is forced, drowns out other chants, and is imposing.
