| A fair old tonking indeed and the Aussies don't have much time to regrouo before the next one. Some of their players look pretty much spent forces-Haddin had a nightmare with gloves and bat, Watson was Watson, Johnson negated by the pitch-all looks good for England. |

| I have a horrible feeling that today will see the Aussies declare at 600/4 and us being 50/3 at the close.
But this is a very flat track and a fast outfield, so when we bat the Aussies are going to be very aggressive and runs should come quickly. |
