I'm not sure what talent he's particularly on about. A pre-softner for RR's departure, perhaps? Maybe?

FFS, following Argo has turned me into a right fookin sceptic.

He's talking about the new EPPP regulations that allows big clubs to snap up kids who aren't tied down to academy contracts for pennies. Pretty scandalous really and just allows the further hegemony of the big clubs. If this regulation was in place, Bournemouth would have got nothing on the £6.25 million they eventually did get for Lallana when Southampton sold him to Liverpool.

An old football story. Football League clubs should have fought and should be fighting this tooth and nail.

Another story about the Premiership raping the rest of the football league, then pulling the ladder up.

Given that all FL clubs had a vote in this, I wonder how we voted? You can't really criticise something you voted for.

IIRC this went through when Guilfoyle held the reins.

he has a point lower league clubs are powerless and often penniless from premiership clubs stealing their young talent. Something needs to be done to make it fair.
