I don't think anyone is suggesting a conspiracy involving pieface. He's just another dimwit who has found a way of getting himself noticed through being an idiot.
The same goes for most of the 'faces' at HP and on GOS these days. There are a couple of chaps however, who have gone to great lengths to be someone at HP and their exposed activities, could indeed be described as conspiratorial.
