| Chances are, they'll get it built though. Unlike Brent. |

| It's almost a spitting image of HHP isn't it? Apart from the fact that the stadium is the focal point and I bet loads of profitable businesses will be ensconced inside its walls but it will be to the right scale, Brent could get away with all his retail if he topped it with a decent stand and facilities for the club, he really is inept isn't he? |

| What would the bus service be like around there ?
Having just spent a week at Newquay and staying just outside at Porth....one bus an hour and the last one at 630pm.....and that's the summer timetable.....should have taken the car. |

| How far is St Columb Road train station from the proposed site? Walking distance rail station would certainly a plus point ahead of Langarth in Truro, even if the services are limited, there would be scope for running more trains/an upgrade. The Indians Queen site would be reasonably accessible to Truro, Newquay and Snozzle which would be a plus if the Cornish Pirates were to get involved, and TCFC if they decided to market themselves as the football team of Cornwall. I would suspect that TCFC would want to be based firmly in the boundaries of Truro, if possible. |

| It's about 13 miles from Indian Queens to Truro.
That's franchise territory. A bit like Argyle playing all their games out at Tavy.

You bring up a good point... I'm not saying the Ground should be built there, but Truro should go for the Kernow 'franchise audience' in their own county, that has up to now, to a large extent, been Argyle supporting. That is Truro's best hope for the future. |

decent idea though, a league side in cornwall would gain a fair bit of support. the longer argyle languish the more possible it becomes? |

Truro have to find a owner will to spend money he hasnt got again to make any use off a stadium that has been turned down more times than a frank bruno hall of fame nomination. Cornish Pirates will thrive there no question about it Truro maybe reach the conference prem but no more. |
