| What a crock of shite. I couldn't give a feck if most of that team was youngsters, there was a couple of so called pro's in that side mixed with the younger players. Once again lads 'friendlies mean nothing' MY ARSE |

| How many were youth players?
...and tbh, why are they playing in the first place? Surely the places should be given to players who are likely to be first team contenders with the odd player on trial thrown in? |

If not educate yourself Maybe four out of nineteen named players might get a first team game sometime.....and some of them only played for part of this match. So stop panicking.....but of course you like causing chaos don't you........ex-mod. |

| I make that eight of our first team squad named. They may not be first team players, but I thought that the plan was for quality and adaptabilty over quantity this season. Thats that plan fecked then. |

Tbf to Sheridan, I'm pretty sure if his budget allowed him to shop at tesco instead of Poundland then that's what he'd do. Brent sets the budget. If you look at the squad it's pretty clear to see where a lot of that budget has been taken up. A reduction in monies made available by Brent means that our first eleven should be competitive. After that, we've got a serious lack of depth.

| Shit pre-season form ALWAYS continues into the season proper. How is it pre-season matches are just about fitness for Argyle but about winning for the opposition?
