Heard on FB that the young lad was someone involved with Argyle, possibly a current or former youth team player.
Tragic for the family concerned to lose someone so young. RIP.

Other than a statement of condolence to his family what is there for Argyle to say on this? This tragedy is nothing at all to do with the club.

I don't know anything other than this happened at a taxi rank, really tragic but we don't know what happened here, the young lad may have started a fight and fallen which then caused this. I know the other guy has been arrested but I would be amazed if he wanted to kill the lad. Happening in Kingsbridge makes it worse in a way as well, probably shouldn't but we get to expect this in the big cities and we have hardened ourselves to it, happens in a small market town and it is bigger news, very, very sad and I feel for the families of all involved.

The taxi queue always has the potential for something to kick off on a night out. Seen it many times, always better to back down and wait for the next one rather than risk something escalating. As pointed out above though this incident may have been nothing to do with a taxi at all. More conjecture but should imagine the suspect in this did not mean to kill

Tragic death.

The chap that has been arrested is alleged to be the Father of one of the group involved in the fracas.
