12: How is the balloon payment to creditors going to be funded if a) the new grandstand doesn't bring in the anticipated addtional profit or b) the development is not completed in time or c) we don't have an unbudgeted income windfall.
Would we therefore be looking at another administration if none of the above happened?

MS: The business model does not assume that either the additional operating profit from the new grandstand or the unbudgeted (fortune) income will fund the balloon payment. These two income streams are assumed to be used to fund the Club's progression back towards the Championship on a sustainable basis. The residual balloon payment is scheduled to be funded by PAFC from the development or by Akkeron from profits on the HHP development. No "Plan B" has been prepared.

So the development would seem to be shit or bust then? Both A and B scenarios depend on the clusterfuck being built, it does sound like a gun being held to our heads. What a sorry mess.

His answers given to the questions that really matter are evasive for the most part. Without the ability to cross-examine these exercises are a complete and utter waste of time!

What is the strategy regarding food/drink both inside and outside the ground. etc. The current system is poor, not enough manned points and the chance to sell local stuff is missed. Cornwall/Devon so well known for good food and we sell rubbish to our fans and away fans too.

Just had a little look to see how true that is Tgwu.

£11 ago.....over £600 in 4 days...not that bad really...with quite awhile before the season starts, they will probably get there.

Not all of the PASB were rimmers so reading that bollox gives an understanding of why the PASB could never get a half decent reply to a question.
