sent emails

I have just discovered two emails that I most definitely did not send in my 'sent box'.

All I can find is that others with a google account have found the same thing - but with no answers.

I'm sure one of the really clever people on here can come up with an explanation.

Firstly, change your gmail password. It's probably gmail as this seems to be a common gmail issue. Secondly, is your browser updated?You probably have auto-update already as a default option on your browser - are you using chrome? hirdly, what date were they sent?

I have gmail but don't use chrome and I have none of these in my sent items.

It might be wise to change all your important passwords just in case. You should really change them once a month anyway.

I'd not worry too much - if it was a known and common attack, you'd have heard about it by now. Google is such a big company, it would have hit the national news.

I will change my passwords. It's been on my list of jobs ..... & has been for a couple of months.

I use safari usually (though on occasion I use Firefox). I updated my safari yesterday.

Not worrying too much but just enough. What is it though?!!!!!

I've just checked a couple of gmail accounts and they have nothing like that in the sent folder. Not using chrome.
