The hotels he has left are all doing OK, Saltrock is doing OK, Oakway is (slowly) progressing.

Argyle's financial performance unclear.

Overall crisis consolidated. Perhaps even gone away.

HHP still as fecked as it was last time I mentioned it. Maybe more so. Probably more so. It just isn't going to happen in the current guise.
