No real surprise is it?
Fletch is no manager, we all know that. He probably knows that too.
I can see O'Driscoll taking command from the dugout. Fletch will be manager in name only. We all know that player/managers don't work. They can't see the game developing from the pitch and are too busy playing to manage. If you see what I mean.

We need to get O'Driscoll on the payroll as manager ASAP I think. With Purse now out for the next 3 games I wouldn't be at all surprised if we lose all 3 games.
The old adage of not looking at the league table until xmas is getting a bit haunting !
