PASOTI ownership clarifed/SFD abuse

Couldn't possibly be the case though. IJN, as he has publicly stated has no administration powers. How can you therefore lock and sticky a thread without asking a Mod. Surely said Mod would have informed IJN that the thread breached Pasoti rules at the time.......?

He must have admin powers as only Admin can reply on a locked thread. He made his first statement and then followed this with a reply- if he didn't have admin rights he could not do this. It's the same on here.

He's probably the keyholder with all the mod powers attached, he's always posting stuff as a mod by mistake, as Tring would say, "your slips showing dear."

If you try to add him as a 'foe' (ie block him) the website tells you that you can't block mods or administrators

Same on here, Chris. You can't add admin to your foes or ignore list.

Anyway i still like pasoti - alot of good posters. I wont let one educationally sub normal troll spoil my experience, even as he proves to be a habitual liar and abuser of other posters.

It 'can' be a bit like that on here sometimes re a few people that are very vocal/tough-talking/shit-stirring/angry & bitter and resent any form of authority or are just plainly out to cause controversy, but in real life they are mild and meak little people sat around their PC with their Y fronts around their ankles and their light sabres' by their side.

I believe it's just a trait of forums, unfortunately, Luckily, if you have a modicum of self moderation, you can just let it go, as hard as that may be.

There's a few on here who would just love it, love it if I rise to the bait - isn't going to happen, which, conversely, ignoring them annoys them more!!

Perceived power. And, if we are to believe the information, he makes money from it "£261 in a good week" plus £400 odd a year for each advert.

I agree with you that there are some good posters on there - though fewer than there once was.

If you look at the bots they have running, google adsense makes money for everytime someone clicks the advert.

I call it the Rectal Rodeo.
