@Chris_Webb I spoke up JB yesterday. All work is full steam ahead. Some delays from signing all the minor details which all have to come.. together. Sure something concrete will be announced soon! |

| Small minded, parochial, self promoting dimwit, played like a fiddle by the would be non investing property developer. Aided and abetted by the farm controllers, the erald and tenpole. This GOS feature today shows the club's potential, now being boxed in for generations. [You must be registered and logged in to see this link.] |

| Surprised this hasn't made the news or come via PASB or even the greatly missed Presidents Progress. The last note from the Board to PASB in November said - Quote :
- NEW DEVELOPMENT
•Two thirds of leases are signed up, including most of the big players, and work is ongoing to secure the remainder in order that building work can start.
So we have gone from that to minor details. It would appear all of the big players have been signed up and/or the non funded studio school makes no material impact on the development going ahead. |

| Interesting start date on site being mooted as March 15th. No doubt they have accounted for following restriction before they try and set up site cabins on Zoo Field and perimeter fence including along Gilberts Lane. - PCC Planning Approval Report wrote:
- All vegetation removal shall take place outside the bird nesting season which is March to September inclusive.
There are no signs of any of the contentious issues such details of Lyndhurst access road, the southern stealth road (will it impinge on Gilberts lane) or Outland Rd junction having been agreed, which need to be signed off before development can start. |

The penny will drop with them eventually, it may take a while but as history has shown time and again they will finally wake up when its far too late and wonder why they didnt sooner. nool and the gang have sentence the club to a slow death and will cause a sharp decrease in fans supporting the club in the next coming years as no one wants to be a member of a social club for real friends run by a tory banker they want to watch winning football from their club that is also free from social politics and hidden agendas. I am just waiting for when the clusterfuck is finished and everything will start to be proven correct. |

| More spin from HP, Windsor boy doing his job like a good little poodle. I'm sure that if it were minor details being sorted it would allow a start date to be broadcast to the plebs. |

el prez is a redundant title that should be taken of chris webb, after all what does he actually do? nool seems to be doing his role pushing him out of the picture. tell the ambassador to push for his removal.

Think of the old Estate carriageways that were built to impress the trotting visitors. Were these carriageways hidden in crags or did they go for the best possible vista on approach ? If the existing Life Centre hadn't been built so recently, PCC would have agreed to a road straight across the front of it in full sun. What's the next best thing ? |

The stealth road is the one from the service yard next to Gilberts Lane around the hotel. This was shown on plans as minimal width emergency access only. The subsequent access safety reports requiring Lyndhurst concourse road to be shut during matchdays mean it will have to be more substantial. |

Closing an access road to a hotel on match days while also forcing guests to eat at nandos does james want people to use this at all lol |

Be interesting to see if they can squeeze in two lane access road between the hotel and Gilberts Lane, which is a Highway Maintainable at Public Expense (HMPE). If any development is to take place on an HMPE then certain legal procedures have to take place. Probably easier to get these through PCC than find the the money needed to put the retaining structures in place along Lyndhurst concourse when they realised how far it would have to be widened for highways standard roadway. |
