| Hi Posty
Why do you think Buttivant has been sidelined by Guilfoyle/Ridsdale? |

Why do you think Buttivant has been sidelined by Guilfoyle/Ridsdale? Because Buttivant stated there was no job for Ridsdale. ...and as Guilfoyle keeps stating... The club cannot move to the next stage without Ridsdale. I think BG stated somewhere that if Ridsale was not available to do the task, he would liquidate the club at this point in time. |

I think BG stated somewhere that if Ridsale was not available to do the task, he would liquidate the club at this point in time. Do you remember that Ridsdale was adamant that we couldn't afford to go into admin because we couldn't afford the adminstrators fees? Do you think his original plan was to get a place on a Stapes' board but adminstration (in January) would have opened the club up to anyone and he couldn't risk that. Did he then sell some players to buy time so that he could get Guilfoyle in place. Once Guilfoyle was in place he was always going to get a place on the Brent or Irish bid. Everyone else has been sidelined because they are not offering Ridsdale anything. |

Why do you think Buttivant has been sidelined by Guilfoyle/Ridsdale? I really don't know, except to say that Paul Buttivant's bid was the only one where Ridsdale wouldn't have a place at the club. Buttivant contacted Guilfoulup again last week and stated that he was still interested in buying Argyle and gave him direct access to his bankers who would once again prove his funding. Guilfoulup is locked in with the Preferred Bidder and until their bid collapses or they pull out then Buttivant will still be on the outside. |

| Posty,
You seem to have been courting some sort of relationship with Buttivant?
Why don't you ask him... IF he feels so aggrieved? Why doesn't he take it to the courts and get an injunction? |

As things stand - he's already thought of that option but it would leave PAFC in limbo for too long and wouldn't do anyone any good, although he has made a complaint to the relevant authorities regarding the admin process. |

How does asking someone a question infer friendship? |

| Paul Buttivant's bid would have ensured the Football Creditors got paid in full, they were a priority and part of his business plan. We hear the Preferred Bidder didn't know or understand the Football Creditors rule and are struggling to pay it.
Also, Paul Buttivant has held very constructive and positive talks with the Council and his development plans were sensitive to the area, indeed his architectural team were commended by the Council officers.
If allowed due diligence by Guilfoyle a deal could be done within two weeks.

I've no bidder favourite but if forced it would have to be Buttivant for me. Anything that doesn't involve Ridsdale. |

| As said, none of the bids are particularly inspiring but Buttivant seems the least worst option. And the official Trust/Pasoti line is anti-Buttivant which is obviously another point in his favour.
In the absence of a proper investor (yet again!) I'd prefer Buttivant to the others.

I agree. Ridsdale has done nothing for Argyle and the sooner we are rid of him the better. |

Seems a bit of a contradiction... especially if Buttivant had made a move as soon as he was snubbed by Brenda.. |

| 4 years ago the Argyle board were approached by and ignored a consortium of London based Argyle fans who it was believed had the funds and ambition to support the grand scale of the Premiership. I appreciate this is a different time, different situation, different level of funding required! BUT where are these chaps now? |

Well Peter Jones was one of them. He's around... And McLondonG poked his head out not too long ago after a long absence (mainly to deny any current involvment) and I can't remember who the other two were, although if you really wanted to know their names I could find out. |

*****wallet had "other plans in place" I'll never forget the level of derision aimed at this consortium by the pasoti mob as they screeched "trust in stapes". Well, they now have the club they fully deserve. |

| The old consortium was Kevin Ball, Julian Seaward, Chris Garden and Peter Jones plus Di Thompson of Camelot/Lottery.
According to their letter to Stapleton only Ball, Seaward and Garden had the money to invest and they wanted to replace Gill, Lenzner and Dennerley on the Board. |

| Postey has made a link between the preferred bidders and Sir Roy Gardner.
The representatives of the PB's are BCK Corporate Finance Ltd. One of their directors is listed as SRG. |

| Yes and a top one for Posty!
Gotta hand it to Posty, he's been worth his weight in gold to the club over the past 12 months.

| Smiffy thinks he can link 5 of the former directors to the PB's.
Are you ready for this?
SRG Todd Kagami Synan
and
Stapes
I hope he is wrong. |

| It seems that now the link is being rubbished!
There's plenty more water to go under that bridge yet! |
