I would question the sanity of any bloke who has a relationship with Darren Purse's wife- I know Purse is getting on a bit but he's still a big, hard bloke who would snap Webb in two- unless Purse and his wife had already split up (but judging Newell's post on pasoti it would seem that that isn't the case)?

If Webb wants to be in the public eye, which he quite clearly does, personal issues will be there as well. Goes with the territory.

It does have something to do with Argyle or football when the man holds the position of club president.
If it was something similar in many other walks of life, he wouldn't be holding that position for very long.
