| [You must be registered and logged in to see this link.]Heres a thought what are the chances of the Mayflower getting pulled down and a replacement not built?? As the backers "mysteriously" withdraw funding?? Would be a bit windy with a 3 sider kassam job... |

| Knowing what an utterly shameless hard-nosed penny-pinching facker Brent is, you can bet he'll be trying to screw over any potential retail unit tenants for every last £ he can get. He certainly ain't gonna be offering great terms, that's for sure.
I sincerely hope his greed is the clincher in this whole sorry saga staggering to a grinding halt. |

| I suppose the rest of the Brent projects inactivity is all down to red tape and once one bulldozer revs it's engine Plymouth will be one big James Brent extravaganza!
I wouldn't hold your breath though. |

| Id rather have 3 sides and an empty space to be fair, paves the way for someone who can come in and do it correctly. |

| From what I was told its down to kier the lead contractor still trying to finalize contracts with the demolition company.
To be honest I can't see Brent pulling out there's to much at stake for him in terms of money and the council would be right up shit creek without a paddle. |

| Don't forget all the agreements between PCC and Akkeron have to be signed off and we know what a stickler Tenpole is for doing things properly. |

| 3 sided stadia do have their charms... You can easily put up a cherry picker for the media to watch the game when they get banned.. |
