I've uploaded a "gym friendly" 32 minute D&B mix onto Soundcloud if there's any repetitive beats heads on here? Not sure there's going to be a massive take up, but you can download it if you like (or not). [You must be registered and logged in to see this link.]Brrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrp!

I deal the missus likes it for her step aerobics. My gentle stretches are more suited to Enya |

Chingers, before I download, what's the BPM? I run 10k every other day. My comfort level is around 150-160 BPM for a sub 55 minute 10k.

I'm having that!! It'll help sort out my walking (from the bus) to work problem: it's about ten minutes, and depending on what comes up on my shuffle I either end up dawdling or else arrive all sweaty. Having tested this to the kitchen and back a couple of times, it's just right - brisk but not breathless. Thank you PS I thought this thread was going to be a complaint about Colin - stupid of me, he's probably more into One Direction or something

Just about to DJ at the school infant disco. Wondering whether to wear a wacky shirt (which wasn't previously wacky but fashion moves on) or not? I'm thinking go for it.
