Libel Threats From The Site Manager

Threatening to divulge peoples personal details if they cross the line, another pisspoor attempt to gag dissenters ?

I would say that rather than preventing revoltion they are doing a pretty good job at creating it.

Details could be passed to the relevant authorities? Like the police when someone's threatening them and their family? Naming the female members of your family Postey? Or are you saying it was Webb and Newell who made the actual threats as per Lee Jameson's drunken confession?

Anything that makes them squirm is libel in their book, they dont like being told which way the wind is really blowing, if they cannot talk round the main issues they scream libel.
Pathetic.

Libel is quite a grey area. If you call someone an idiot, it's not libel as you can argue it's true. If you state James Brent is only interested in owning PAFC for reasons of property development, it'd be difficult to argue in court that this is libel as it's a prediction of future 'fact' and it's an opinion.

This one is fairly interesting though and probably much easier to prove in court

It's going to be difficult to prove that something is malicious though and it would be rather expensive to take something to court as it would be highly unlikely that the CPS would allow an internet argument to get anywhere near a court.
