When Graham Clark started the one sided discussion about a fans bar I had a look at the retail units in the ministand.

They alternate between A1 retail and A3 food/drink units. The A1 units are supposed to be sports retail only with restrictions in planning that they cannot be combined or expanded. By time you'd allowed for service areas the A3 units would not be big enough to contain a fan's bar worthy of the name
