Newell and Friends Up to Old Tricks Again

It seems my dear fat friend Ian Newell and his corrupt friends have been impersonating myself and set up an account on Express & Echo online under my name to provide disparaging comments about City. He is seriously deranged. I have reported the issue to the Echo requesting access under the Data Protection Act, Identity Fraud. Whilst the comments are at present just childish, I would not want to be associated with spelling mistakes or grammatical errors written by uneducated buffoons.

I will keep you informed.

I have requested all information from the Express & Echo as is my right under the Data Protection Act when impersonation of another is made. As I say Mr Rapson, the comments are at present childlike, nothing more, however it isnt altogether difficult to link an IP address used for say setting up a false Expresss & Echo account and lets say a Twitter account. I have requested meeting with the Echo today and will be popping in later

Not just an assumption Mr Rapson, but logical, common sense based upon past form. Of course Red Star maybe incorrect but the odds are stacked in his favour.

One day Leigh might just think feck it, I can't be bothered sticking up for Nooligan any more. It's getting too difficult to defend him keeping a straight face.

At no point did I defend anybody, I merely made the pok t that it could in fact be anybody rather than specifically them.

My opening comment about "this site" was unfair to be honest, perhaps it should have been phrased "posters on this site"
