Peggy's Mundane Thread

I have a problem. Mrs PP has just gone for lunch with her ex work colleagues and left me instructions to hang up the net curtains after being washed.

No problem I thought. Then she said, 'make sure you hang them the right way round'.

How do you tell which is the right way round?

Watching Natalie Sawyer on Sky Sports News HD and curious if her tan is natural or fake?
The tan doth have an orange tinge to it.

bins are empty now, about time, should have been done on friday

Been up since about 5am. Got a lot of work done this morning, then went to do my important errands (I also got next week's Radio Times and some chocolate). Thinking about having a nap, but the light's good this aftie so I'll probably do some more work first.

Have to time it carefully, though, as there's something I want to watch on telly at 6. Might need to set the alarm.

Great news for insomniacs. Only 4 sleeps till xmas.

I can never remember which colour bin to put out on a Tuesday morning. Today I developed a full proof system. On returning the emptied bin I pull next weeks bin out slightly so I know which one to empty next.

I see Argyle lost again.

Today I woke up at 0603 hours.

heavy rain has resulted my feet and sandals becoming waterlogged.

2 (two) dentist appointments today. After what I saw on the telly last night, they should be a doddle.

Today I woke at 8:00 and again at 10:00. I feel a bit better today.

I took the baby with me on my trip to the Post Office today. It was her first trip to a Post Office. She cried a bit while we were in there but stopped when we left.

Just taken the dogs for a walk, thought I saw Elvis' face in the clouds.

Just popped to the garage to do my tyre pressures. Its certainly pearl harbour out there tonight I was beginning to shrivel.

My double dentist appointment cost £47. FORTY SEVEN POUNDS!!!

On the bright side, I've just found out I've got over £26 worth of nectar points.

I took the baby with me on my trip to the fruit & veg shop today. It was her first trip to a fruit and veg shop. She didn't cry while we were in there. I bought two baking potatoes and some spinach and then came home.

Still raining, worse than Scotland here.

Have to post four parcels today, been busy on EBay.
