This being an unfiltered poll where anyone can vote hundreds of times? The Editor of this paper deserves a kicking for putting this statement on the front page If ever there were proof needed that the Herald are slotted neatly into Brents top pocket then this is it. Pretty desperate that they've had to use the 'majority' line to try and force this through. It's an amateur local rag anyway and has been going downhill for years, but this will alienate many many more people with misleading tag lines and a headline that doesn't in any way shape or form represent the split in public opinion. The only people who desperately want this to go through are either thick, easily led, or have something to gain from it. Or a combination of all three. |

The only people who desperately want this to go through are either thick, easily led, or have something to gain from it. Or a combination of all three. Especially as the 177 supporting letters/emails to PCC were outweighed by 211 objections despite twitter campaigns and email pleas from the club. 177 out of 3-4,000 PAFC members. Silent majority, my arse!! |

| Lads we can't do anything but sit back & watch as our club disappears up into JBs asshole and tell them "we told you so" once we're in the Jewson South Western league.
Still, our fans will have shiny new hats to play with I guess |

dimwits. Im sure that the city centre restaurant owners, the city hotels, the managing director of the Vue cinema complex to name a few would beg to differ. |

| It looks crap as well, when it weathers in and is viewed on a damp foggy day in November it will be the epitome of drabness, more of a tradesmans entrance than grand entrance, it underwhelms on all levels and most of all it is not good for Plymouth. |

Ah, she's back and LOUD and she's good, all 106 negotiations, no firm plans, are you really going to approve a scheme that doesn't tell you what they are going to do with the waste. and more but I can't type and listen. bleddy good, asking for a deferral until all the info. Brent comes on to a round of applause. |

| Members- Car parking concerns - 380 spaces - overspill parking of 22 cars on sat at 8pm
Trees - 18 Hornbeams might have to be removed - (back to 106 negotiation)
any new trees replacing the mature hornbeams will not be like for like.
Waste - missed that
Retail impact - minimal impact on city centre (1% of total CC spend, 6% of Sport & Leisure spend on CC)
negotiated 106 being varied on appeal by developer - can be done - but is a legal agreement

| Those hornbeam trees that are to be chopped down have been valued at £250,000 Amanda Sutherland states that nowhere amongst the plans does it show that new trees will be provided but then Brent bulldozes on and says that trees will be planted, without giving any details. Cllr Nicholson and an earlier cllr have made big noises about how the hornbeam trees shield nearby residents from having to see the car park and that they reduce noise from Home Park. Again reservations about the access road and Cllr Nicholson isn't willing to support the plans as they are without many conditions or assurances I get the impression that this isn't going to go ahead without significant changes. |

| Not able to recommend at this moment- Cllr Nicholson, Planning Committee
Highway impact on Outland Rd - not convinced alternative transport solns considered to this. Needs More Detail - as city , we have not challenged enough
Loss of Hornbeam Trees
Landscaping proposals - not convince of binding detail - need cast iron guarantees
Assurances need to be demonstrated about democratic accountability. - needs further consultation in this and 106.
How can you say sign off 106 by 23rd Aug, How can this be right, pressure coming from the developer, no detail, how can we approve something with no substance, why 23rd so imprtant. A little applause. Rebuke against applauders. No rebuke for Brent supportes |

| Highways - this is 9th iteration.
Chair - Members of public making comments can leave.
Can't hear this guy.
Timing - planning app deadline 13 weeks after put in.
Chair - how much detail should be expected at this stage - response - not unusual for bits to still be considered. Cllr makes good point wrt public involvement - the chair stays involved in 106 negotiations. Level of detail is standard at this stage, in keeping with other projects of this stage.
Chair - incinerator what happened 2 years ago. Left to legal and planning officers. |
