Postcard Exhibtion

Went to a preview of a photography exhibition which included orignal prints by postcard photographers from the days of yore.  Anyhow if you like that type of thing some of the collection is online here.  Love the one of the civic centre and a pre and post painted (I guess they did whatever existed before photoshop to it) Smeatons Tower.

I've 'collected' literally hundreds of Postcards of the village where I grew up in Cornwall by visiting ebay, typing in the village name, and then clicking on the postcard images that come up, and saving them as jpeg files.

If anyone has any interest in the history of Plymouth (fairly recent history usually) and beyond, this is a must-see site. I've spent many hours going through the various links and it is regularly added to.
