MODDDDSSSSS! I prefer newell to you all day long, you're that much of a cnut. I think Hairy is a cnut but then I think that you are as well, but neither of you are as big a cnut as newell. I however, am. |

| Old sensible and plucky young hairy must be happy they've caused a bit of a row. They're a right pair of rascals.
Good for them, hope they enjoyed themselves. |

| In the history of ATD there has always been pissiness towards each other in terms of the regulars, towards those who frequent the place infrequently, and even towards others around the Argyle internet world who've never signed up to the place.
Me, I struggle to get bothered enough to dislike anyone really or take much offence about anything. Likewise unless it is funny I don't see why someone would throw insults about. It all just seems a bit pointless.
Angry over-reacted.
Hairy was being a bit of a throbber.
Now suffered is over-reacting.
The rest of us just find it all pretty inane.
I do think Sensi gets a bit of unfair stick though. Not that the 'stick' is anything drastically horrendous.
I dunno.
Angry'll probably sleep on it and decide it's not worth the hassle. If he prefers the site as a 'mere' user, I don't blame him. To be honest, as a mod I don't really like putting my tuppence in in this sort of thread. There isn't a right or wrong, it's just one of those things. The less hysteria this sort of thing attracts the better as otherwise it drags out a really, really mediocre internet argument on for longer than necessary. |

| Lets get things right here shall we. First of all what bullying and who called Angry a Hitler? It wasn't me and as far as I'm concerned I haven't bullied anyone into anything. What I've made a point of is a Mod moving something they personally didn't apparently agree with. The fact that it was one posters comments moved when the hyjacking of threads goes on over and over with nothing done at all. That is selective modding in anyone's book and only the blind can't see that surely. There have been arguments over modding quite a few times with some of the posters on here telling them they have done the wrong thing and now these same people are all hollier than thou. It's just fecking priceless. Angry caused this himself with no help from anyone else.
Now regarding the resigning bit. I personally have no wish for anyone to resign over it but simply to realise that the decision they made was wrong and for the wrong reasons. If Angry can't see that then that is his problem. Basically he has flounced because he has been challenged and I think in his heart knows he didn't make the right decision. Nobody threatened him and he wasn't driven from the building. Everyone on here has the right to disagree with any other poster and say so. Isn't that what this site boasts? Well Angry, I have the right to challenge somebody if that's the way I see it and why shouldn't I along with anyone else. Rights don't just belong to a selective few.
May I suggest you stop throwing your tantrum and get back in the Mod room and perhaps just think in future before taking an action and perhaps talk to somebody else first. Modding is a team effort after all. I am assuming in those comments that there was no consultation because I can't believe there was. May I also suggest the critical posters of me think how they would feel if this was done to them because a Mod didn't like their post. Would you be a happy bunny and I think I already know the answer to that one. Hairy behave yourself. |

| For what it's worth, I've held my peace since the elections after Angry sent me an abusive PM as he read the mod room threads where his previous behaviour had been discussed. He ignored the fact that it was me that suggested no mod room threads were deleted to allow the incoming mods full and complete access to the history. He also ignored the fact that I also encouraged him to continue his election campaign after he withdrew half way through. I'm led to believe he took it upon himself to delete threads in the modroom that referred to him in not particularly glowing terms.
It saddens me to say it, as any volunteer willing to do his shift should be encouraged and applauded, but anybody that really wants to be a mod...shouldn't be. I'm confident that the remaining mod team will continue to moderate the site in the low key way that suits thus site so well. |

| Or in my case - you lose some and you don't win some.
By the way, Elvis has left the room.
I can't remember who it is but someone on here (possibly green-genie?) has said more than once that people play the man and not the ball too often on here. I'd agree with that. |

No worries, don't worry about me because I never get that wound up by all the banter anyway, but you should leave the jokes to Hairy, in fact both leave the humour out. |

| This thread is feckin hilarious and the reason ATD is worth bothering with.
Really sensible and hairy have bullied angry into going? Come on, if anyone's been bullied its sensible because he doesn't just go with the flow. Yes he's a cantankerous old fucker but good on him.
There's a bit of a clash of personalities here and that's all. If anyone truly believes that they would let their father take the shit sensible has put up with and not have a go back then I would say that your'e not much of a son.
What exactly has sensible done that's so bad? He isn't sure about Brent yet and finds all the Newell bashing boring, although he does agree that Chris Webb is a tw@t.
Hairy is an annoying fucker sometimes but even a thick cnut like me realises it's mainly tongue in cheek and he's winding people up for a reaction because some people rise to it. His animations are a bit annoying but the Danny Devito one tonight made me properly laugh out loud.
The suggestion that hairy or his dad are on a par or worse than Newell is pathetic. Sensibles views are based on the fact that he is grateful that Argyle is still alive and he isn't afraid to have his say even though it goes against what the majority on here believe. The fact that he can't stand Pasoti and prefers ATD should be applauded and lively debate should be possible but for some reason him posting is like a red rag to a bull for some people.
I hope angry has a think about his resignation and decides to stay on and a line is drawn under this and everyone gets along with each other, fall in love and have fluffy lickle baby ATD'ers that can fly, swim and are telepathic. |

You are two faced and sly charlie i wont apologies for that and im not going to deny i sent you an pm telling you that either you. After reading your many unsavory comments but me and others i was quite stunned by them like you say you did encourage my elections and been cool with me on the forums so i was literally amazed by them. It was an eye opener. However with that pm i sent you had what you denied everyone you slagged off in the mod room, the right to reply to it. I see you now rather than talk to me and try and resolve this you chose to carry on bitching in private to "others" and wait till i left the mod team to come out with it.

| I don't think Angry will return. He's probably driven off a cliff in his car because someone short changed him when he bought some milk earlier. Didn't he delete his account before?
To me, it's just the internet. I don't hold a grudge and I don't really take any offence at anything really - it's pretty difficult to offend me. I suppose the internet is real as real people use it but I'm an original geek and have been here from the start - the internet went bad when normal people started using it - us geeky types don't really see it as a real place but to be honest, it's changed.
If Angry comes back, I promise not to hurt his feelings.
EDIT - Angry's back. Welcome back Angry. Didn't spot you up there.
