Indeed. A true gent of a man and one who can rightly be afforded the title a club legend.

Best wishes for the next chapter Romain.

An Ambassador for not just PAFC but for football. The president that never was but should have been.

Fantastic servant. Always a nice chap to speak to if you ever saw him around Plymouth and cared about us. We won't see too many players of his kind again

A great man and player, obviously not as big a club legend as Darren Purse though, and as has been said a readymade president and ambassador who was loved by the fans and players.

I hope he isn't forgotten now and returns many times as a welcome guest.

All the best Ro.

Ro has been a magnificent example of professionalism to so many. A true battler in life as well as in sport. His support of the Trust and attendance at crowded meetings brought home the feeling of we're all in this together. An articulate, impeccably mannered true gentleman. It has been an absolute honour to have worked with him and been a fan of his. My love, thanks and best wishes for the future to him, Penny and the children.

Au revoir, merci et bon chance, Ro.

Home Park won't be the same without you.

I can't quite express how proud I was to be a small part of his Testimonial committee.

There are very few that I will recall with such admiration and respect.

This is a great opportunity for Webb to start building some bridges and for the first time make his own personal sacrifice to the club.

Au revoir Ro and thanks for the memories. #atrueargylelegend.

Sad that Romain's leaving, but heartened that Jonnie Shez is obviously now calling the shots and will be getting his own people in.

Few Argyle players walk away from the club almost unanimously respected and admired. Even fewer genuinely deserve the title of Argyle Legend.

Romain ticks both those boxes.

The man will remain a legend at Argyle and rightly so. But, it is the right decision if we are honest. Would have been quite happy for him to stay in some other role but not as the No.2. We have complained before about people being kept on too long or even at all and this may mark the beginning of a new era at Home Park for the better. Nothing but good wishes to the man from me however and whatever he does from here on I hope he succeeds.

Shame in one way but understandable in another. Larrieu will forever be remembered as a club icon on and off the pitch and i would like to join others in say thankyou for the memories and good luck in all your future endeavors. Hope does his badges and finds a new coaching role at another club one day.

Nance i reckon will take the academy role left vacant by Gary Owers. I am very happy that 21 year old chief scout has gone as its nothing sort of embarrassing to have someone in that role who's only experience comes from football manager dont know anything about the fitness coach but judging by the levels of fitness from the players this season he wasnt great. Psychologist!!!! if she fail to understand why chadwick cant hit the back of the net then she shames sigmund freud.

Good luck to Ro in the future.

We had a psychologist at the club! I thought we were short of money! She would have been better employed in the Board room and executive boxes, rather than with the playing staff.

All the very best RO. Modest, dignified, unassuming, a great servant to the club for many years and loved by all Argyle fans. Do the decent thing Webb and step aside for a far more deserving and worthy club president.

Romain would be a fantastic Club President and far more worthy of the title than Chris "look at me look at me" Webb he let the title go to his head.
