what do you do with RoNance?

A decision has to be made very soon (if it hasn't already) about RoNance's futures at the club. What do you think will be edone with these two? do you think they will continue on in their current roles? or moved to another area of the backroom staff(youth department)? does John simply get shot off them altogether.

Me i would offer Larrieu a role with the youth department coaching the keepers and Nance if no one has replaced Owers's role in the youth set up when he step up to the first team staff then i would give him that if not i would let go.

Agreed and with the caveat of if he does want them, then fair play happy to see them stay. Whatever inherent blame they deserve for the poor Fletcher form, surely is reversed for the good Sheridan form.

I'd be very sad to see Larrieu go, he's a true club legend and if anyone deserved the first mural it was him, not herefor5mins Purse.

Hopefully some kind of community role for him or even something with the youngsters.

Larrieu should be made president and Nance can drive a truck filled with Webb, Newell, Hooper, Postey and a few more over lands end.

Think Nancekivell is quite well thought of as a coach, don't think Larrieu is quite so well thought of. Didn't we have to get Rhys Wilmot in to take the keepers?
