| Like others, I have a sneaking feeling that naughty Mr Brent is not talking about extra income every year over and above existing revenue , just the profit capacity of the new build that will of course include the turnstile money of the people using it. Of course, he may also be projecting that a new build will generate thousands of new customers and fans. That has happened at some clubs in the past, but we have already had that uplift with the horseshoe build, and that soon fizzled out along with the decline of the actual football, as property became the only game in town under Todd, just as in the wider economy. This world is just full of pie in the sky sales projections where new building is concerned. If the rent of these "retail" units doesn't go to the club coffers, then any extra profit over already existing activities will be more like 100 to 200K, not 1 to 2m |

| The trouble is that JB has probably ran this past the PSSAB (Plymouth super supporters board, which is the only fans representation happening here) to much back slapping and cries of "he's a jolly good fellow!" transparent as a pool of poo. |

| Any idea when we can expect to find out whether John Sheridan is staying. We're already hearing of players released by other clubs - the longer the manager question remains unresolved, the more likely we are to miss out on the more desirable of these. We simply can't afford to be left behind (again), and pick up those no-one else wants. |

| I just don't believe his bullshit - only a fully funded management structure and players capable of success coming to HP would be believable. |

| Didn't Errington tweet a quote from JS, something along the lines of "hopefully we'll sit down next week and get something sorted"?
Shezzers stock isn't so high that people will be falling over themselves to throw contract offers his way. He's done a grand job, but in the cold light of day he's taken a team three or four points from relegation safety, and kept them up by a point. JB will wanna keep him foreshore, so Shezzer has a decent bargaining position, but I truly don't believe Brent would be stupid enough to let him slip in to someone's else's grasp. Lessons should have been learnt from the O'Driscoll and Ward sagas, one would hope. |

And i totally agree with him on that. You can have great players but if the manager, training, medical, tactical parts havent been taken care of you will fail. |
