| Here is a List of stuff the club must/should do aswell as ATD before the start of the new season. It will be added to over the course of the next 3 months striked out when achieved.
so in no particular order
1) Sign John Sheridan to a long term deal (failing this an equally as good manager) 2) Provide him with funds to build a squad 3) Appoint a CEO 4) Appoint a Financial Director 5) Ensure the pre season teams are not all local teams and there are one or two teams included that will be tough tests 6) Ensure the pre season program is very better than last seasons and fitness is worked on too 7) Sign a striker who can score goals 8') Sign a midfielder who can create goals 9) Ensure the HHP are adjusted to meet the needs of the club for now and the future 10) Sign Houihane, Cole, Gurrieri and Bhasera to new contracts priority 11) Make sure Jack Leslie, Bob Jack, Moses Russell and Jack Cock have their very much deserved mural that they should have had by now 12) The family block is moved back to Block one and two of the Devonport End and that corner is opened up to fans 13) Argyle Fans Trust and the club kiss and make up and agree to disagree on matters without falling out all the time 14) Appoint head groundsman 15) Re assess certain individuals honorary roles 16) James Brent to come forth and state his true intentions for the club
if anyone has anymore pop them down the bottom and i'll add it too the list. Hopefully this gets a sticky soon so its not lost as it will be updated reg as will that ins and outs that will come nearer the time.

| Hold an election to elect a club president based on a fans open vote. So we can state we have an elected president, not an unelected one. The incumbent should stand. As should the Frenchman imo. Plus anyone else who fancies it. |

| New Grandstand plans - make them worthy of a city with 250k+ people in it, plus most of Devon and all of Cornwall.. god knows how many fans we'd be missing out on getting through the gates if ever did get to the Prem and we have the pathetic Colchester-esque like stadium!! |

I don't know. I guess it's to stop people rewriting history. Leave that to the mods..... |

BRENT OUT NOW!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!111 What a classy individual you really are. Are you even an Argyle fan? What a disgusting thing to say. Not just as an Argyle fan, but as a human being. I don't even know why I bother replying and wasting my breath actually, you clearly aren't a fan but just get weird kicks out of criticising everything that comes out of Argyle. Whatever floats your boat. I don't often agree with Ian Newell, but when he says get rid of Freathy and Tring and you'll have a nice forum, I am inclined to agree. |

| Brent will do whatever Brent wants to do. He is the owner. He doesn't want to spend his own money on the club. No speculate to accumulate for him, only loans to the club and sure fire development profits accompanied by the cheapest option he can get away with for the club. He has showered his supposed tribal leaders with privileges to keep the buckets rattling. He is presented to the adoring Avivas as a hero and they fall for it time after time. Even after a defeat and the second narrow escape from the conference, the people are grateful. It's too easy for him. He talks of fan involvement but refuses to talk to the only truly representative body who have now come up with almost universally accepted plans for the stadium. Brent's regime will be remembered for its divisiveness, its con tricks and for limiting any future ambition........... he won't care. He gets it alright ps for factuals pinhead pete........ it's Tring, GOB n Rickler, although a few more may have joined his list in the last 12 months. He's been found out, at last. |

| Difference is I think GOB and Rickler are actually fans and care about the club.
Yourself and Freathy just use Argyle as a convenient vehicle for some nasty personal vendettas. |

Yourself and Freathy just use Argyle as a convenient vehicle for some nasty personal vendettas. Freathy is in a class of his own dear boy and I don't suffer fools gladly, particularly devious fools. I've had Argyle in my blood since 1958 but the last 7 years and the emergence of the self promoting, bullying superfan has sickened me. Newell is happy to settle for lower league obscurity,as long as there's something in it for him, are you ? |

| Make Pilgrim Pete president at least he has a bit of credibility and more intellect, oh and burn that stupid big flag and banish the idea of superfan directed support for the masses. |

theres no head groundsman? thats my ticket back home, i'll just give em a call I hope they pay you more than the last one! £13000 a year is only just above minimum wage. No wonder he left. Also makes you wonder what the blokes who haven't got the title of "head groundsman" earn? |

That's crazy even if it isn't a 40 hour a week job. Same as our head scout being about 14 and having GCSE woodwork as his only qualification. I would've thought both roles were pretty specialist and required a decent salary to attract the very best candidates? I saw our chief scout, or ex chief scouts LinkedIn profile and it looked like he'd never lasted more than a few weeks at several clubs so how he's ended up working for Argyle I don't know. Doesn't seem to have unearthed any wee nuggets either. |

| That was £13K salary!
No overtime either. When Colin Wheatcroft left, Dave Radmore was made up to head groundsman. He's been trying to get a pay rise ever since with no luck, that's why he's walked. |

How many hours a week was he contracted, any idea? With the sports science aspect of modern pitches such as ours, it ain't simply a case of getting the mower out any more. If it is a full-time job, I'd be staggered if the salary were that low. |
