It does get tedious seeing the fanfare and the arse kissing that follows but remember Nik is not the "enemy" here.

I understand he's narked people off with the action he took and having the letter wrongly sent to Village Green but he was doing so after being given that information from a clueless w@nker.

Just be mindful that we've already received one credible legal threat where thankfully Nik was happy for the post being removed to be the end of that matter.

You/we may not be so lucky next time and you're responsible fully for what you post.

I imagine there will be people watching this place like hawks right now, let's not give them the satisfaction of seeing us closed down because a few people couldn't control it.

So we're not allowed to laugh at Nikkkkk for getting all of the details wrong and blaming an innocent person for libelling him? Sorry but I'll laugh all I like Yea Man. He has gotten a firm of solicitors, one who may or may not be a relative, to issue a threat to a completely innocent person and now claims that the wrong information came from an anonymous tip off

That's a bit OTT. What Knecht is saying is right, ATD as a site is also responsible for what is posted on here and he is explaining that I am making a statement NOT making an accusation.

i feel the mods are right to be a little stricter on the rules of this place atm. Sure they wont censor common sense but things as they are moderation is needed until we all (mods inc) know the line to cross from passionate responses to legal threats as a result of comments.
