Know I dont know Damon from Adam but I know he is Jewish. IJN the man with an eye for detail. First the missing tier and now not realising a man he's been in the trenches with is Jewish.

I wonder what a Union Rep would do if one his members was addressed in such a way in the workplace.

Cobblers of course he knew!

So far today we've had Damon being unfit to serve and a plea for Graham Clarke to get back on the Trust board because he's better than anyone else (apart from his Chris and our Nikkkk I suppose). Only need the call to go out the flouncer in chief Leigh Jameson to get back onto both to complete a hat trick.

Newell dragging up Damon's past is pretty low even by his standards.

It also smells of clutching at straws.

In my mind Damon is the perfect person to have on board the trust/pasb. He's been there and got the t-shirt so his insight into running a football board is invaluable.

Maybe that's why Jones/Webb/Newell/Brent are so keen on him not being on it.

Keep your chin up Damon, you've got a lot of support.

You couldn't make it up.

As you say, and I agree, people will make their own minds up.

Some leakage from PASB. Not in the public domain. Who might pass on such info from the inner workings of PASB. No you couldn't make it up but you could put it in a dossier.

Isn't Newell commiting a PASOTI "crime" by bringing Ed into this when he has no right to a PASOTI reply..?

Anyhows here's a list of people who have been declared bankrupt in their lives, some of them twice Damon... Cool

Interesting isn't it. Where or from whom would he get his 'facts'. I hear nothing about PASB save through the published minutes when the Argyle board can be bothered to agree them.

What kind of REAL fan passes on tittle tattle like that. And moreover wouldn't a REAL fan say I don't want to hear about it.

Doesn't it bring the PASB into disrepute with that kind of leaking? You wouldn't think someone who is so against bringing fan groups into disrepute wouldn't entertain such shenanigans and PASBs own Mary Whhitehouse would be all over it to find out who did it and put a stop to it.

Again, let's get the facts straight here.

The PASB on 8th December had a vote as to whether have a chair or a spokesperson. It was decided by a majority vote that the PASB would have a spokesperson rather than a chair. After that decision was made, Ed was nominated and elected with 10 of 11 votes in favour and one abstention.

In the meeting of 2nd February the PASB revisited the chair/spokesperson issue and this time voted to have a chair, with several of us (myself included) changing their view. It was subsequently unanimously agreed that Ed would be the chair and JonB the vice-chair. Personally, I think between them they have excellent attributes/skills for the roles.

IJN wrote:

I also believe that both the 'proposals' were thought up by the AFT to bring the PASB into disrepute and furthermore I am appalled by the thought process behind that.

That's simply not true Ian. Further, while the PASB has a majority of Trust members on it, they are completely free to put forward ideas, questions, and to vote on issues as they see fit. There is no 'three line whip' or anything like that. That was made very clear in the most recent minutes.

According to ottawa, Brent's spokesman has made 82 posts (so far) in 2 days on pasoti. A cynic would think he'd been told to go onto pasoti to try and limit the discontent on the (not) Grand stand plans and attack the trust Very Happy

He needs his mate back ASAP from darkest Africa. He's floundering around, not knowing who to take on and who to butter up. I was tickled to see the return of one of his favourites "you couldn't make it up" only for Tim C to politely point out that was exactly what he was doing. We need a porteneous, patronising rallying call to whip the troops into line and only the Pres can scale those heights.

Snooper tries his best, whilst conveniently forgetting he has a constituency to represent. If PAFC aren't going to approve joint minutes for the Plebs to peruse the PASB will lose all credibility and might as well pack up and go home. If I was a member and Saturday was the first time I'd seen the plans and then find out IJN has been batting them backwards and forwards (although I suspect most of the batting was going over his head) I'd be mighty pissed off.

I shall look forward to examining the plans on Friday.

The problem is CA is that Newell doesn't have the skills or the credibility anymore to be in charge of the flag waving. Webb's going up Kilimanjaro and has no web access and Ian's going spare shooting at anyone that posts.

He needs reinforcements quickly. A few well aimed sideswipe posts questioning Brent and his leader el Presidente and Newell's going to lose it completely.

Settle down ladies and gents this could be popcorn time... cheers

Why is he privvy to all this stuff in the first place, other than by being James brents 'mate'. everyone else has to abide by nda's until the club can be arsed to 'approve' the minutes. He keeps telling he isnt a representative of the club, he isn't anything to do with either the PASB and he isn't even a bloody pasoti mod anymore or so he tells us.

If he's supposed to be quelling the masses he is making a pigs ear of it.

It takes a supreme egotist (or a physcopath ) to be totally unaware of other other people's views or opinions.

The sad thing is that every comment I've seen against the proposed development, is because people think it's not in the best interests of the football club.
