I hope they fumigate then before any "conversion" takes place |

| His firm is still going though - they've moved to Marsh Mills. |

| I would actually prefer to have him as the owner than this current mob!
I never thought I would say that! |

I never thought I would say that! I agree. At least he was an Argyle fan. And I don't think he would tolerate Chris Webb, Ian Newell & the rest of the gang. |

For all his mistakes last time around, you wouldn't wish ill health on anyone so best wishes PS. |

| He stayed in the role too long imo after the promotions from div 3 and div 2 if he left on a high he would have had a mural.

| He was a genuine fan, of that there is no doubt. The problem was he and his entourage reveled in the 'celebrity' of being Argyle Chairman. Couple that desperation to hold on to your position, with the greed that rose to the surface when the World Cup debacle was at its peak, and it really was a house of cards just waiting to tumble.
I've actually got far more sympathy with Wrathalls position. He put a serious shitload of his own cash in to the club, and lost the majority of it. The difference was that Wrathall was putting cash in before any possibility of a World Cup cash bonanza. |

| The biggest issue I have with Stapes was for the purchasing of HP, it has literally destroyed the club and turned it into a cash cow for the bastards of our greedy society.
If the few of us that voiced an opinion at that time never picked up a ban from newell's pasoti, who knows, we may have got a few to listen and we may not have been where we are today!

James Brent has got to be the worst Argyle owner yet, I say yet because I have this picture in my head of Argyle dropping like a brick down through the leagues and Brent handing over to the chuckle Brothers. So yes Daniels,McCauley,Stapleton were better than Brent |

Now then, I won't have a bad word said about that man and his lovely family. So that's a thumbs up from me. |

| Bloody hilarious the way Porky leaps in with both feet, completely misses the point then finishes up looking a total retard, WTF can a man with Brent's nous actually see in him?
A pitbull can be useful but not if all it does is bite itself in the balls. |
