| Good to win away and even better to keep that unbeaten record under the manager. Aldershot and AFC Wimbledon must be worried this evening. Good to have Wotton back in to allow Hourihane to go forward and it sounded fairly comfortable. 900ish away is pretty outstanding. Positives galore - apart from the league position. Are we going to survive again? |

| Crucial win today. Not only for the 3 points, but also to give everyone a much needed lift.
Need to keep it going though, we're still well in the poo.

| That was an omnishambles of a win. But a win none the less. Some of the football from both sides was woeful at times. There was a period in the first half when the ball was basically stuck in and around the centre circle bobbling around in the air and on the ground with pass going astray that was as awful as I have seen at a professional football match.
However Sheridan must has some kind of football luck on his side and it's the kind of luck we need right now. Branston was awful and is solely on the pitch to literally just get in the way anything beyond doing that seemed beyond him. Cole punches too much for my liking and can't do much for the confidence of a back four breeched far too easily and far too often.
Our second goal was a good one and followed just about the only bit of palatable football in the whole game.
Could say more but it would be sour grapes on what ended up being a good day out. |

| We rode our luck big time...again. Aldershot hit the post, bossed the 2nd half and had 2 or 3 fairly credible penalty shouts turned down. On the flip side we look dangerous every time we attack and are putting the chances away, under Fletcher there is no way we would have won that so happy days. |

| I also liked the way Banton and PCH swapped wings half way through the 1st half, shortly after that we got the 2nd....very clever, again Clueless would never have thought of that. |

| Good win, crap performance. Similar to the3 games previous where we relied on the poor attack from the opposition to get the points. We must have given away about 90 corners in the last 3 games (but generally defend them well). |

WTF are you on about? PL2faced described it as a "fantastic team performance" Another one blinded by the Directors Box invite and now unable to tell it like it is. |

Another one blinded by the Directors Box invite and now unable to tell it like it is. I read that from PL2. In the good old days his match reports were a joy to read and even if you didn't agree he was consistent in his reporting and it was easy to measure a team performance against what he had written (much like a good film reviewer). He had a blip when he got on the back on Sturrocks second coming, admitted his blindspot and stopped his write ups. Now a days the are just baloney. I won't even say green tinted because that gives them some kind of get out clause. The football was crud. Most of the passing was crud. Most of the defending was last ditch crud. And apart from the goal most of the interplay between defence and midfield and midfeield and the strikers was crud. Beyond it meeting the requirement to get three points it was fairly awful to watch. |
