I think Brent certainly held onto Fletch for too long. But early on he said that he didn't want to get into the revolving door for managers that many clubs favour. Some respect for that when you look at how Forest have behaved recently.

People like that can retire tomorrow and never have to work again. It can't be that motivational to be very rich and go into a job and work your balls off if you don't need to even get out of bed in the morning.
