Dunno about making it look good but it was better than last week,which i suppose could be said to be damning with faint praise.At least Argyle carved out 4 or 5 chances today,the one that Reid missed my granny could have knocked in with a steek of rooobarb,as Geoffrey Boycott would say.Argyle were solid enough after a shaky first 10 minutes,can't remember too many Daggers chances-Cole was commanding and positive in dealing with anything that came his way.Banton looked quite useful in patches today,provided a decent cross or two,far from convinced about Murray and Reid as a strike force,although in their defence it has to be said that the service is sporadic at best.The only real plus is that Argyle have kept two clean sheets in a row but this goalscoring malarkey is a very deep rooted problem and i don't envy Sheridan in trying to solve it.

I watched the rugby guessing the football would be crap and it looks as if I guessed right.

Will it be cheaper to watch Argyle next season?

There is no hope of the Argyle surviving in the league, which means there is little hope of Argyle surving as a club. Brent and all the other bastards have finally done for Argyle so operation land development can begin. I think I have seen my last Argyle match ever.

I haven't been for a while and what I saw was so school boy. I lost count of the number of passes that went astray, poor control and just no evidence of any sort of footballing brain. Charles I thought was poor no pace and poor positioning, Cole is always rooted to his line, the centre mids were lightweight and slow of thought and movement.

Sheridan has a thankless task as the very basics just aren't there. These players train 8-10 hours a week and have done since they were kids yet are still unable to do the basic skills with any sort of competence.

We really do need two teams to be even worse than we are.
