| Well done the Greens at last, many more to come hopefully!
And congratulations to our new management team, what a difference a pay day can make!

| It feels so strange to be celebrating a win A long way to go but I think we have finally taken a step in the right direction. |

| If only Ridders had announced his departure ages ago! Good win and well done to the lads. _______________________________________ COYG!

| I weakened today [as i knew i would] and went to the game.Pretty good atmosphere, lots of fans from other clubs in attendance, especially from Brghton.Had a couple of Villa fans near me,saw Arsenal,Sheffield Wednesday,Leeds and Pompey shirts too,so fair play and respect to them for putting their time, money and effort in coming down here.Argyle scored with a couple of good set pieces today, the second one a beauty from Williams which hit the underside of the bar and came down over the line. One or two hairy moments, difficult to judge how bad Macclesfield were but a win is a win and very badly needed.Long way to go though and i still think about 4 new players are needed to give us a chance of survival. There seemed to be a feeling of a new broom at the ground today, time will tell if this was a one off or whether a corner has genuinely been turned. |

| I also went today, got pissed so can't comment on the second half, but that is the first time I've seen Argyle win since they beat huddlesfield (I've tried really hard to spell that but like I say I'm a bit pissed) 2-1. |

| Good for you Pete, it's every fans right! I nearly succumbed today if I was honest, but then I read the Herald and saw Ridsdale's face spread all over it and that was a good enough reminder of why I'm not attending HP these days, hopefully that will change sooner rather then later when the tosser is on his way! Edit to add a special one for the fans of other clubs today. I'm not normally the type to support such things but it provides hope that a united fan base can prevent the game from being taken over completely by the pricks that have had a field day at Home Park over the past ten years. Well done to Brighton and all! |

| I know! Macclesfield boss probably already cleared his desk before his Chairman phones him. |

| So you beat the team that's going down with you, finishing 23rd instead of 24th, is no big deal |

| If consistency were to prevail i'd say that if football doesn't matter one single jot while the club is hanging by a thread, it shouldn't matter whether the football team wins or not, it's still an insignificant sideshow. I haven't invested a single bit of interest to date this season in the new players or the results/performances so a win didn't feel any different.............. ............yeah right, I was well chuffed . I guess the departure one by one of the three amigos, the promotion to management of the only two guys I can identify with in the squad and the desire to ensure those opposing fans who'd come to lend moral support saw a positive performance sparked some life into my previously flat football battery. Looking forward to investing both literally and emotionally again once the deal gets over the line. |

If lessons have been learnt and the likes of PJ can influence Brent's thinking, then I too might feel the urge...................... oo er ! ps Love your signature on your Farm account Smiffy.
