| Herald filler story, with no quotes from JS suggesting a striker is needed with the two most experienced (and arguably worst) strikers out injured/suspended- just leaving us with 5 strikers- 2 of which JS has signed-

| How many does he need 5 is enough in my book. JS likes attacking football but i've never known him to play more than 2 up front at any given time.
I would just pay off chadwick & feeney for all the good they do for the team!! |

Of the attacking options we have the 5 strikers we have are Feeney (injured 6 weeks) Chadwick (suspended and useless) Tyler Harvey (young and inexperienced) Griffiths (same as chadders without being suspended) Ugwu (young and inexperienced but probably has something about him) Murray (looked useful last outing). The two argyle young options LeCointe and Vassel aren't good enough yet IMHO. To me this cries out for an experienced striker so i think in this case JS is correct! |

I think we'll have trouble getting rid of dead weight till the summer so for now I think we should bring in that player we need and release when it will be cheaper, I mean who's going to buy chadwick???? This might not be the right thing to say but I think Feeney could still do a job i feel he holds the ball up well, especially last season one of the things fletch got right was the use of feeney late on to hold the ball up and harry defenders relieving pressure on the defense, and we may need him when back from injury to do the same again. |

| Any suggestions how J.S. gets rid of the dynamic duo "Feeno and Chadders" for the uninitiated - strikers who don't score. Mangers will be queing up, I don't think! |
