Angel Rangel, love the name, was out with his wife last night and in a cafe/takeaway place and they were about to throw away loads of food as they couldn't sell it today. He asked if they could let him have it and he drove around for an hour looking for homeless people to give the food to.
He ended up giving it to a homeless shelter and says he is going to make it a regular thing.
Nice touch from someone who didn't have to give a toss and then he played today as Swansea won 3-1 against Stoke

He was a Swansea player back in the Martinez era, picked up on a free from Spain when they were in the lower leagues, stood out a mile when they played us at Home Park under Sturrock mkII and beat us 1-0 and we barely got a kick.
