| The Zimbabwe paper says the Herald has reported it? Have they? I can't see it on their website. Might be a bit of 'agent talk' in that case. I think a similar story about Bhas appeared last year.
If Bhas does go, then that gives Sheridan an even bigger job. He'll be taking over a team in the relegation area who have just lost in the last week or so, Purse, Moseley, McDonald and Bhas - four of our best players. So he'll be taking over a far weaker squad than Fletcher had - he's going to need to get some reinforcements in quick! |

| Also says Walsall are a second tier club.
If these clubs want him I hope there will be a fee involved and not just a load of rejoicing that a high earner is off the wage bill. |

| When does his contract expire?
I would guess it'll be another free transfer to get him off the wage bill. I did read that Purse had to come to a settlement with Argyle before joining Port Vale, which sounds like we might have given him a payment to leave (to make up a shortfall with wages?). |

Which if true is one hell of an indicator as to how much shit we're in financially. Maybe someone should start asking questions of Brent, oh hang on........... |

| Greens on Screen give his contract up at end of this season. So worthless in terms of any transfer fee. Worth something in getting off the wage bill. But priceless in helping us avoid the drop. |

| Think his contract is up at the end of the season and doubt he will renew it and doubt we can afford to offer him a new one |

| Purse was on £5800/week according to Twatter.
£5800! FFS.
We couldn't afford that at our peak in the CCC. No wonder the break even figure was 8k. |

| Unless Sheridan has already told Bhas he wont play for us again I would've thought he'd be better off seeing out his contract here. I don't see clubs like Walsall, Shrewsbury or Northampton matching his current wage, he's pretty much guaranteed 1st team football so plenty of time for his agent to earn his money and get him a better deal in the summer. |

| I hope we dont do what we did with football fwiend and pay off his contract for him to move on when we claim we need the money.
Get as much as you can for Baz he is out of contract in June so sell him now rather than let him walk. |

Yes tcm, but talking badgers do not count as reliable sources of football gossip. |

I heard that too, along with two clubs from Belgium. If he goes,Argyle could (and should) cash in now and get a fair price for him. They need the money so Sheridan can get in players of his own. |

| Not quite so bad when your better players are being nicked by the likes of Cardiff or Brighton, but Walsall ?
Some days I don't even need the drugs. |

We couldn't afford that at our peak in the CCC. No wonder the break even figure was 8k. No where near that amount, more like £2500 a week. Still I wouldn't mind that sort of wage. |
