Yay - I won...........

My Pay Pal dispute with an irksome little toad who thought he could sell me a phone on Fleabay, take my money and then feck off!

I was frikkin fuming, to the extent I requested his contact details and was going to visit him with a 7 iron. Anyway, wifey calmed me down, I went through the due process and got my money back, eventually.

Moral of the story................ feck knows. Don't buy mobile phones from oiks on Fleabay, I suppose!

I just had a cheque in the post from the Halifax for £1250 for overpaying mortgage interest insurance.

Unfortunately I've never had a mortgage with the Halifax and it's for someone else

The previous owner of this house moved out in a hurry. I've lived here for over 4 years. I kept getting post addressed to them which I always put back in the box saying "Not at this address". I opened two in error recently. They were from banks. So I went on line and complained that, after 4 years of me returning post they ought to have got the message, they ought to have got the message by now. Both banks have paid me £50 by way of apology!
