Melija Aleksic has died aged 61 in South Africa.

One of our best keepers. He went on to good things with Spurs.

Sad news, 61 is such a young age.

A fine keeper, one of Argyle's best ever. Thoughts are with his family and friends.

I think he was another "Plymouth price" sale,as i recall he fell out with the club over a contract or some such matter,went on win the FA cup with Spurs.61 is no age at all,very sad news,he went suddenly apparently.Jeez,hearing news like this really brings home the march of time,doesn't seem that long ago that he made his debut after taking over from big Jim.

Another class act of the past heads to the pearly gates. A cracking keeper and a part of my teenage memories, sad.

Scary how time flies. I remember him Barron and Hodge all starting out at a time when we had a steady stream of keepers who went on to play in the top division. RIP

How sad 61 is not old is it. He was a good goalie
