| 'Peter Ridsdale is a hard working gentleman'................ In other words,' it looks like Ridders will have a major role in the club, so I'd better keep in with him.' Uriah Heep has nothing on this jumped up dimwit. It used to be eternal respect for that fine man Sir Paul of Derriford and his lovely family |

| Why do these dimwits go on about the 'contingency plan' as a back up, when it won't work, as the council won't give the backing. The council purchasing the ground is a critical part of the contingency plan. The contingency plan is as useful as white dogshit. |

I think that PCC would be very cooperative but cannot say so in public as it could be deemed as undermining the PB and place PCC in deep shitzo. |

I see the Pasoti Trust Chair has suggested the thread should be pulled for the good of the club. I hadn't realised officers of Pasoti Trust now see themselves as moderators of the Pasoti forum. More evidence of the morphing of Pasoti Trust ? |

| He should be invited to post his views on this site where's there's no selection of what posts fit the agenda of a small minority.
I happen to agree with IJN's comments but he has no right to represent me or my views or that of any pasoti member without a mandate, the same goes for the Trust. What bit don't they get about freedom of speech FFS!

| Newell is not intelligent enough to be in a leadership position. He uses his 'control' over Pasoti and superfan status to the detriment of the club. He doesn't mean to do damage but he can't help himself. His support of Stapleton and the attempted silencing of those who could see where it was all heading, has helped create the mess the club is now in. He is large on bucket rattling but small on class and vision.
Clubs get the fans they deserve and fans get the clubs they deserve. Our fans and their leaders are largely 'village', as is the club itself. They probably deserve eachother. |

| Intelligence is not directly required for leadership, Churchill was quite a dimwit by all accounts, could not catch a bus or find the right tube train. How many American Presidents could be described as intelligent? All that is required for leadership is the support of the masses, and/or the ruthlessness to eliminate opposition. |

Interesting observations mate. I can see your point but he and his type remain part of the problem in this case imo. |

| Thhttp://www.pasoti.co.uk/talk/viewtopic.php?f=10&t=57092 Moi............ the one trick pony ? What our dimwitted friend fails to still realise, is that what I was going on and on and on about, actually came to pass There was I, upsetting the Aviva masses whilst they were far too busy staring at planes, enjoying the ride and Trusting in Stapes. Newell managed to silence [from Pasoti] the warning voices, now he has the nerve to claim that Pasoti is tolerant of all views. As for the claims of PP deleting the account of someone who has never posted on ATD but was 'apparently' using the same workplace IP address as himself............... it is hardly surprising that a mistake may have been made, as Newell has had many hidden accounts on forums including Exeweb and the now defunct AT. He even infiltrated admin on our old site which led to it ceasing operations. He wasn't listening then, he's not listening still, perhaps he never will. He remains part of the problem. |

| Ha ha .... mistake ? don't think so Mr IJN The Pete Townsend defence is to get your mate to say he had a username to check up on ATD's Blk 17/18 banter forum. Funny how he never logged in then ... couldn't have been that interested could he. I smell a little accomodation with your mate. I would if I had your brain and leanings for childish mischief. It matters not, the point has been made. No need for duplicate accounts here, although they might just bump up our rating in a Peter Ridsdale attendance counting sort of way... thanks for that. Perusing our log, apart from a couple of asterisks on a naughty couple of words, not one opinion or post has been altered on here since the site reopened. No one gets banned here like 'over the road', and I note another username has been opened on a different ISP. Fine, everyone's happy now, back to square one ... look forward to the contribution if it ever materialises. There is understandable cross banter between the two websites, and there is no problem in that ... what a shame you can't see to post openly here if you have a point of view. All views are welcome and debated. Yes, the overriding opinion on here is occasionally opposed to your view of the land, but maybe it would do you good. I'm sure your intellect will shine through. |
