It doesn't matter if Buttivant can prove funds as Guilfoyle is not interested in this bid. As I understand it, it was only the format of the proof of funding provided by Buttivant that effectively killed off his bid previously. BG is 100% determined to drive through the heaney and bishop international bid now matter how dodgy and nebulous it increasingly appears. Pasoti Trust are not interested in Buttivant either as they have their minds set on Plan B and the reluctant James Brent.
