In 1501, Catherine of Aragon landed in Plymouth, setting her foot on the land of which she would be Queen for the first time.
There's a nice fact for you.
Rumour has it, she was wined and dined by an early descendant of the Cuncher family, and was very impressed by the hospitality shown in the guests chamber of Kingsbridge Castle (the bed was built by Bond Timber).
