Okay, Fletcher isn't a great manager, but he's not a 2 year old.

What does he see in hoofing the ball to chadwick, as we all know we could do this until christmas and still not score a goal.

Is it blind stupidity or being over cautious ?

Fletcher does this because he is a useless plank who has persusded a moron tha he can manage a football club.Most of us would us would do the same if we were paid a fortune for doing absolutely nothing.

There is a world of difference between getting paid without trying and getting paid without achieving. Although there are doubts about Fletcher's managerial ability it is a bit disingenuous to say he doesn't try. I'm sure he does try but it his ability that is lacking.

I know people that could do a better job than that useless lump Chadwick, im being deadly serious when i say this as well
