Forcasting League Empty
PostSubject: Forcasting League   Forcasting League EmptyFri Aug 10, 2012 10:59 pm

Time for the 2012~13 seasons forcasting league. Will run through the rules for the benefit of potential new players and to remind the rest of us (including me). The competition runs in three sets of 15 games. The winner of each set plus the best other performer qualify for the end of season play offs. Points are awarded as follows, correct score 3 points, correct result 1 point. failing to submit a forcast at least 15 mins before kick off, minus 1 point. So please dont start unless you mean to continue. Players can join in at any time, but the start of a set is recommended. Illustration ~ Your Forecast 0 - 0 result 0 - 0 = 3 points. result 1 - 1 = 1 point, result 1- 0 = nil points[b] Right off we go the first game is Portsmouth (home) in the League Cup. League, FA cup, League Cup and Associates Cup all count. Forecasts can be made in advance if you will be away, PM me if you like. In the case of the Portsmouth game a bonus point for correctly forecasting a draw and the subsequent result, further bonus for forcasting penalty result.

11-5 to Bovey, I hear they have strengthened the squad big-time, and two red cards for Cullompton. Manager sent off as well for calling the ref a biased, short-sighted scumbag. 8 game ban for the manager I'm afraid affraid

Full time score counts, but a bonus point if a draw and extra time win.

I'm going to go with 1v0 to PAFC. Even we should be able to beat their youth team!
