| Points we've been making recently have now been summarised on pasoti. Most in agreement that the new administration has been making some poor decisions and Smiffy has commented that Harry's administration is getting more similar to Keith Turd's NWO.
Argyle are you listening? |

| Angry_S is just as good on the Rhys Griffiths thread: - Quote :
- Having read some of the vitriolic crap that has been posted in this thread about a player that isn't even on our books yet, I have come to the conclusion that we really are blessed!
We, Argyle, are blessed with some of the worst "supporters" on the planet!
Those of you slating him for having "not made it" earlier have a lot to learn about PEOPLE!
I had a mate once, lived in Horrabridge and was a very, very good footballer. So good that he had trials for Argyle. So good that he was actually signed on by Argyle.
Now this mate was actually so flaming good that within a couple of months of him playing in the reserves, he was "spotted" by Spurs - at that time Argyle had a real reserves side that played real opposition!
He went to London for a trial with Spurs and was hugely successful and offered a contract there and then!
He chickened out! He actually walked away from Argyle and from professional football, for good! He was terrified at the thought of living in London and wanted no part of it.
He went back to playing for Horrabridge!
All of you who are slagging Griffiths off, for not "having made it" before, don't have the foggiest idea of his previous or current circumstances. Mind you, we could always let him join say, Cheltenham and then he can bang a few in against us later in the season!
Good eh? |

Good eh? Do you think he dreams of being mates with Darren Bastow and changed the clubs to not give his dream away? |

| And for every one of these Pasoti posters who have dared to crticise Brent or the club, there will be dozens who don't want to rock the boat for fear of being blasted by the usual suspects and their gang. On the familyzone poll, it currently shows 61% against, and only 39% for it, hyet reading through the thread I can only see OllieArgyle, what a fuckin surprise there, The Prez, IJN and Posttoad, maybe one or two others not in the Prez's club, and the vast majority of other posts are against it. So where are these 39% love it Mr Brent, so glad we still have a club to support I'm glad Bubba resisted the usual mods all sticking together routine, and although he has now said it was in jest, his comment about Chris always having to love everything the club proposes, well publicly at least, is spot on. Chris Webb of old would have chained himself to the goalposts if this was proposed, but then he didn't have a feck off great chufty badge and hat back in those days. It's almost as if Brent is looking to completely sterilize football with organised clapping akin to Hitlers youth. Nobody wants a repeat of the scenes against Exeter at Home Park, but playing at home should be an advantage. What fuckin advantage do we have now, or will we have in the future? The home fans should be intimidating, not a bunch of orchestrated face-painted, pre pubescent, high pitched annoying little fuckers singing about feck knows what. I have only been attending away games recently and nothing from the club is making me want to change this anytime soon. Still glad Brent "saved" the club? |
